Lately, I’ve had this feeling that I have so much to say and absolutely no idea how to say it.
Which is kind of funny considering I work in marketing and spend a good portion of my life figuring out what other people should say.
But when it comes to me? Suddenly I’m shy.
I have thoughts about everything. Love, work, astrology, getting older, getting married, money, fashion, the future, random realizations I have while driving home from work. My brain genuinely does not know how to be quiet.
And I think that’s part of why I started blogging again.
I needed somewhere to put all of it.
Somewhere I could sit down, open my laptop, and write without worrying too much about whether I was saying the “right” thing.
And now, with the Full Moon in Aries, I keep coming back to this idea of using my voice more.
Aries falls in my 3rd house—the part of my chart connected to communication, writing, ideas, learning, and how we express ourselves.
But there’s another little detail that makes this feel even more personal:
My natal Saturn is also in Aries, in my 3rd house.
Which honestly explains a lot.
Apparently I have a lot to say… and Saturn would like me to reconsider.
The 3rd house is literally about communication.
And Saturn? Saturn is restraint. Fear. Responsibility. Discipline. The voice in the back of your head asking, Are you sure?
So having Saturn sitting in my house of communication feels almost painfully accurate.
I’ve always had thoughts.
I’ve always had ideas.
But actually sharing them is different.
Before I say something, I think about how it will sound.
Before I post something, I wonder how people will interpret it.
Before I put myself out there, I somehow manage to imagine every possible reason I shouldn’t.
And then Aries is sitting right next to Saturn going:
Girl. Just post it.
There is apparently an entire board meeting happening in my birth chart at all times.
I want to post on TikTok. There. I said it.
I’ve been thinking about it for a while.
Not just posting pretty clips with music over them. I mean actually talking.
Sharing my thoughts.
Talking about astrology.
Talking about things I’m learning.
Maybe talking about something I wrote here.
Just letting people see more of my personality instead of carefully curating everything from behind the camera.
I can picture myself doing it.
I have ideas for it.
Sometimes I even get excited about it.
And then I actually think about setting my phone up, pressing record and speaking directly into the camera and suddenly I’m like…
You know what? Writing is beautiful.
Because apparently typing my deepest thoughts onto the internet is fine, but saying them out loud is where I draw the line.
Makes perfect sense.
But maybe Saturn in my 3rd house isn’t only about being afraid to speak.
This is the part I’ve been thinking about differently.
Saturn isn’t only restriction.
Saturn is also about mastery.
It’s the part of the chart where things might not always come easily at first, but where we’re asked to practice, grow, and eventually become stronger.
And maybe that’s part of my lesson.
Maybe using my voice isn’t supposed to feel completely natural right away.
Maybe I’m supposed to build confidence in it.
Maybe writing this blog is part of that.
Maybe talking on camera is part of that.
Maybe saying what I actually think instead of keeping every thought inside my head is part of that.
The Full Moon happening in the same sign as my natal Saturn feels like a giant spotlight being pointed at something I’ve been quietly struggling with:
I want to be heard, but being heard requires letting myself be seen. Yikes…
I’ve also been thinking about work a lot.
And this is where things get complicated.
Because I actually like what I do.
I work in marketing. I get to be creative. I make videos, work on social media, write copy, design things, come up with campaigns, and turn random ideas into something people actually see.
There are parts of my job that genuinely fit me.
But if I’m being completely truthful, there’s also been this feeling growing inside me that it doesn’t fulfill all of me.
And I’ve felt guilty admitting that.
Because what does that even mean?
Do I need every part of my life to be some magical, soul-fulfilling experience?
Probably not.
Sometimes a job can just be a job.
But I also know myself well enough to recognize when a feeling keeps coming back.
And this one keeps coming back.
I want something that’s mine.
I want to write.
I want to create.
I want to build something.
I want to see what happens when my creativity isn’t always being used for someone else’s vision.
And I have absolutely no idea what that looks like yet.
Which is extremely inconvenient because I would personally prefer a detailed PDF from the universe explaining exactly what I’m supposed to do next.
Apparently that is not available.
Maybe that’s why I came back to blogging.
There’s something about this space that feels different.
Nobody handed me a content calendar.
Nobody gave me a campaign objective.
Nobody told me what the call to action should be.
I can just… write.
If I want to talk about astrology one day and fashion the next, I can.
If I want to write something emotional at 11 p.m. because I suddenly figured something out about myself, I can do that too.
It belongs to me.
And I think I’ve been craving that more than I realized.
Maybe this blog doesn’t need to become anything huge.
Maybe it will.
I genuinely don’t know.
But right now, it’s giving me somewhere to practice being heard.
And maybe TikTok is the next uncomfortable step.
Not because I need to become an influencer.
Not because I think one video is going to magically change my life.
But because there’s something in me that wants to stop hiding behind everything I create.
Maybe I want people to know there’s an actual person behind the photos, the words, the aesthetic, and the perfectly selected font.
A person who has opinions.
A person who changes her mind.
A person who gets excited about something and then immediately wonders if she’s being delusional.
A person who has absolutely recorded something, watched it back and thought, Never mind. Nobody needs this.
And maybe I need to post anyway.
I keep feeling like I’m meant to do more.
I hesitate even writing that because it sounds dramatic.
But I don’t mean that I think I’m destined for some huge, glamorous life.
I mean something much simpler.
I feel like there are parts of me I haven’t fully used yet.
My creativity.
My writing.
My voice.
My ideas.
There is a version of me somewhere underneath all of the overthinking who just creates things because she wants to create them.
I want to meet her.
And maybe that’s what this Aries Full Moon is bringing up for me.
Not some dramatic revelation where I suddenly know exactly what I’m supposed to do with my life.
Just the realization that maybe I don’t need to know yet.
Maybe I only need to stop being so afraid of taking up a little space.
Write the thing.
Say the thing.
Post the video.
Let it be awkward.
Let twelve people see it.
Let myself be a beginner.
Because maybe Saturn in my 3rd house isn’t here to keep me quiet.
Maybe it’s here to teach me how to trust my voice enough to use it.
I have spent enough time wondering whether I have something worth saying.
I know I do.
Now I think I’m learning how to actually say it.
And yes, I might finally post the TikTok.
No promises.
with love,
